Guarantee/Warranty Registration

Every Essex watch is guaranteed for 12 months from date of purchase against any defect in
function of the watch and 24 months against any manufacturing defect.  Only parts showing defective workmanship will result in the watch being either replaced or repaired.  In order to benefit from the Essex-Watch international guarantee/limited warranty, it is necessary to submit proof of purchase with original receipt.  In addition, to secure your warranty position, you must register your watch through our online webpage no later than 10 days after date of purchase.    The original packaging and receipt must be presented at the time of return, along with detailed explanation of the defect.
